My interview for Sober Futures

I was interviewed by my friend Peter Thickett, curator of the SOBER FUTURES website, about the No/Lo landscape in Italy. In the interview, I discuss how the non-alcoholic beverage category has grown over the past five years, undergoing a radical transformation, especially post-pandemic. I talk about new trends, such as the increasing health consciousness among younger consumers and the cultural and market challenges the sector faces.

I also share my thoughts on the most innovative Italian producers at the moment, including micro-artisans of kombucha and the new wave of non-alcoholic craft brewers. Finally, I introduce my personal project to create no/lo beverages that are not only delicious and healthy but also sustainable and innovative.
