I live in Bologna (Italy) and have over twenty years of experience in food innovation, working with various companies, from large corporations to small startups.

I've created a huge numbers of new products from field to plate, focusing on all aspects, especially in plant-based and fermentation fields.

With years of consulting for top beverage brands, I believe in the power of drinks to foster connection and cultural discovery. The no/lo sector is the future, and there is so much we can achieve together.

As a dedicated advocate for mindful drinking, I'm on a mission to shape the next generation of no and lo alcohol beverages. My goal is to create unique, flavorful experiences that resonate with the sober, sober-curious, and moderate drinkers.
